Unbelievable how bad this society is. A friend has not been able to recover to date after a drunken man did something to her, in which Unive has miraculously acknowledged full liability. Various parties were called in by Unive, all with the same advice, ensure peace of mind, but nothing is done with it. So much so that everything has left her in a depression. The corona necessitates postponing treatments. She is unable to work. And Unive plague and delayed. The practitioner concerned is never present, always free, sick or whatever. Never go into the sea. Complaints are handled by colleagues and not reported to the complaints committee. We are going to report it to the Kifid and unfortunately will have to go to court. Thank you Unive, Mr Hoekstra for making this lady so broken.

No words for Mr. Hoekstra, what an inept man. Complaints within two working days also forget that response. Today we hand over and file a complaint with KIFID, hopefully Mr Hoekstra will be free forever! Maybe then he will learn what it is like to be at home through someone else's fault.
