I bought a Brow Artist Xpert in gray. There was no tester, so assuming this was a pencil with a brush, I trusted l'Oreal and bought it a raison de € 10.99. Complaints (and I think this is allowed for that price): 1). The tip is far too coarse to draw fine lines in your eyebrow, and there is nothing you can do about it even with the brush, you will not get a nuanced result. 2). The color paste leaves lumps that cannot be processed. 3) Color paste is WAY too soft; it is now March, that thing cannot be used at a higher temperature. I have relied on l'Oreal for many years because I have never been disappointed. Until now, and I think this product is a pure rip off. And no, I don't have a receipt, I rarely ask for it because environmentally unfriendly; I bought it at the harbor of Scheveningen, not that it matters. Deeply disappointed in you.

I like that local workers are in no hurry to unload the tractor, you can cook the porridge. I really love the free chocolate bar at the company 😏 (BLR)
