Always good service, friendly and fast. You can also go here for advice. For example, if shoes are no longer worth repairing, you will be told that honestly. I have been a satisfied customer for years and I do not understand what to complain about.

Incredible, kindly requested that I return my purchase and get my money back (neat proof of purchase included). Turned out to be absolutely impossible, although legally required. After long insistence, I agreed to another article because I became afraid of the employee's aggressive attitude and tone. Last time I've been here! Please be warned about this shop.

Weird how I spoke to you this morning! Unkindness the TOP !! There was a misunderstanding about the assignment, I assumed (stupid of my idd ... something with services) that when I repaired the suede heel of my Prada boots, a protective cover went around. Mr. 🤓's advice was; come back on Monday instead of resolving it immediately. No the customer has to come back ?! Mr. thought it necessary to start the discussion. And how, pff boy you say, how much you like to hear yourself talk. Great, but never back for me !!
