This pharmacy unfortunately has a monopoly in the city center. It is very customer unfriendly. The waiting time for a painkiller was 13 minutes for me. You are not told to get it ready, she just lets you stand. Then the other pain medication turns out to be out of stock. Retarded in 2020! Available tomorrow. Nice if you die of pain. Messy impression, slow and unfriendly staff. I now remember why we order online from internet pharmacy. I would like to see improvement!

Constantly changing staff. Medicines are rarely, if ever, in stock. Waiting times too long. I once got wrong drug delivery with double dose without excuses, had to find out for myself. Medicine has been stuck in the delivery machine. Took 10 minutes before I was helped and staff don't know how the machine works which made it take another 10 minutes. Medicine cannot be found. Promises when medicine is available are often incorrect. An hour and a half break a day and not available by phone .. Very, very bad.
