With just one prescription they were able to make two mistakes. First they forgot to order it in and next they apparently hadn't read it right and my GP had to send them a second prescription to clarify it for them. While the staff is friendly, they are not knowledgeable and they're prone to making errors. If in any way remotely possible, avoid this place.

1 star too many. Rude talked to by phone. Even if you were right, other solutions are also possible. In any case, if you are giving another brand of medicine, I would tell you. Understand that health insurers are not very easy, but that is why you do not have to respond to me like that. Think it is better not to get on with each other. You will not worry about me and I will not care about you. Will neatly pick up the medication and pay for the stomach tablets the last time and then have me registered at another pharmacy. Maybe 1 more tip: Even though all pharmacies are from 1 organization (as you stated), that does not mean that you will be treated like this at every pharmacy. Kind regards and get well soon.

As if you are watching a movie that is being played in slow motion. Sooooo ... horribly ..... traggggg ..... There is never anything ready, even if you come days later. Always (long) wait. Nothing is ever discussed. Package leaflets are missing or incomplete. If you ask a question you can get a scolding look or they will look at you like a deer in the headlights. Really bad.

Lately problems with delivery of medicines and that is not reported to you. As a result, you will run out if you do not ring the bell.
