Company called in to repair or replace 2 locks on the sliding door. First one has been to record situation. After this they would contact me to discuss how the repairs would be carried out and what costs would be. However, I was not called back. Contacted myself. They would come a few days later and do both repairs for 150 euros. However, no one showed up on the agreed day and time. Eventually contacted the company that day, and they told me that they did not have the materials. They would also have called me to cancel an appointment, but I never received this call. New day and time agreed. I made sure I was home again. 1 minute before the agreed time a phone call that they had not yet received the materials and that they were not coming ... Home from work for the second time and no locks fixed. Finally today they came for the repairs. However, it appears that they have not been able to order the correct materials and that they cannot get them. So 1 lock was not repaired. It was also not even offered to replace the entire lock. A locksmith should be able to do that, right? The other lock (a side lock sliding door, retail price online 23.35 euros) was repaired for 90 € .... So spent 4 half days waiting and a repair for 90 € while the main lock of the sliding door is still broken. Still feeling dissatisfied and contacted by telephone to see if they had other solutions. They would contact the technician and call me back immediately. An hour later I get an app with the literal statement: "Hello, unfortunately we do not do sliding door (closing) systems. Then you really need to see a sliding door specialist." So I am 4 appointments further, of which they do not show up twice. And after the fourth appointment I get the message that no sliding door locking systems are used. While my service request was to repair or replace two locks of the sliding door. Seems to me that they should have indicated immediately that they do not do sliding door locking systems. Never experienced such a bad company doing business this way. Very poor service, incompetent organization, price in no relation to labor (not) delivered, unreliable because agreements made are not met.

This company was available on New Year's Day, after an attempted burglary, our locks had to be replaced immediately. They put emergency locks in it and today they came by to place the final locks. Worked neatly and we already knew all costs in advance.

Do not show up at the agreed time and days. Twice. Do not keep agreements. Unreliable! Competitive locksmith was on location after 1 appointment and resolved problem within day.
