We were kindly talked to and informed about the possibilities and impossibilities and were able to make a short test drive immediately. Unfortunately, the model choice for my height was a lot more limited than I thought. It was soon indicated that the delivery time would be about two months. Reported correctly and very unfortunate. In retrospect, I found the price structure not transparent enough. Downright annoying was the fact that someone from meters away occasionally interfered with the purchase, which increased the purchase price by another 50 euros and first permission had to be asked from the head office for delivery of the chosen model. In the end, the delivery time was slightly extended. The bike had minor damage on delivery, which was resolved by Amslod within a week with a new one. It is a great bike. However, I will probably never reach the specified range of 130 km. I come to an average support position 3, in the right gear and no wind, probably no further than 80-90 km. With slightly higher support and less favorable weather it is only about 65 km.

We visited Experience Center Amslod in Nijmegen to orientate ourselves regarding the purchase of a new E-bike. We were warmly welcomed and well informed. My husband initially wanted a different brand of bicycle, but the extra power of the 600Wh battery from Amslod that comes as standard convinced him. A week later we went back, did a test drive and were sold. We wanted a mid-engine model, my husband bought the Wellington model and I bought the Venton model. The delivery was neat and at the agreed time. Mechanic called on the way to inform us about the exact delivery time. I have purchased a matching bicycle bag with a handy click system. The first 2 times you have to run the battery to 10% empty. There was a lot of wind during this period. My husband (needs more support) reached 100 km both times and I 140 km when the battery was at 10%. We are very satisfied with our purchase from Amslod.

Very satisfied so far and I hope it stays that way. The instructions state for the first time try the bicycle in a quiet place. I would certainly do because it takes some getting used to, but a nice support while cycling.I first requested the info guide and later went to the store in Vianen. Took a test ride there and ordered the bike there. This concerns the Amslod Venton.

My first review was not posted, it was unsatisfactory because response to service request was difficult. Service desk difficult to reach. But after some time of waiting, today had a software update for our batteries that did not work properly. Hopefully the charging will now go to 100% and the range will be higher. So wait a while to see if Amslod is worth more stars.

The battery of our electric bicycle (amslod croft 36v 17.5Ah) is broken. We ordered a new one on June 16. In mid-July, we received a message that the delivery was delayed and could take another 60 days (now 3 months delivery time). In mid-August we were again told that the delivery was delayed and could take another 60 days (now a delivery time of 4 months). We asked if there is a solution because we are going on holiday and want to use the bicycle. We have not received a response to this. In short: We are kept on a leash !!!! No service is provided !!! We feel like we are being cheated !!!! That's not how you deal with your customers and your own future !!!!
