I bought a second-hand scooter here in mid-October. While I cannot complain about the friendliness of the staff, the most important part for me is way below par. Although objectively I can only blame myself for having paid too much for the scooter, there were already a number of bears on the road when I picked it up who should have warned me about the technical side of things. Although small, a missing horn button, a light that doesn't work and an uncomfortable turn signal are not a big problem. But if you buy something that takes a week to polish the scooter, you can expect that those kinds of easy things are just taken care of. Horn button was arranged on the spot so that was positive. Then 2500km well driven around it without problems. And then we come to now. I have now had to have the scooter picked up for repair twice in a very short time. First because of a broken clutch and then for not starting. You would think that if the scooter comes back soon after the first repair, everything will be checked carefully. Unfortunately that did not happen. It was taken care of twice in 1 week for repair and 1 day later it is broken again. Edit: The scooter has now been repaired and tuned to make it run better and I am happy with that. Although it is true that I use the scooter for commuting and therefore have a lot of wear and tear, I would rather have seen a broader look at other possible defects for the 2nd repair. That could have saved me a lot of stress as a customer.

I had my 1 year old vespa done here recently, when I came to pick it up there was a big scratch on it. He would "touch it up with a touch-up pen", it did not help and he denied that it happened there. Now I will have to wrap or repaint the entire scooter. Super bad business and very irresponsible.

To have a look at my gear today and then be turned away come back on Saturday 05-09 because it is too busy. A little patronage is in order, I think ?! I felt like a little kid leaving the house. And the man in front of me was helped with his bike without an appointment.
