We had fun but the staff could smile a bit more and at least try to look happy at work.

Very disappointed that you can't just make reservations for the Stonegrill restaurant for the next day or 2. You must make the reservations 1 full week before hand. No where on the website or in the hotel is there information regarding you needing 1 week ahead of time. Sadly, I came to stay here for 1 week just to try the bowling and Stonegrill experience. Very bad service if you don't put out important info like that imo. Now I don't get to try it. :(

Great place. 3hr Free parking enough time for dinner and bowling. Well organized. The food was relatively expensive but sufficient in both quantity and variety.
