Aon has taken over all policies from our old intermediary and since then everything has gone wrong that could go wrong. Requests and other emails are not responded to. There is no overview of which insurance policies are in effect at Aon and it is even confirmed by e-mail that certain insurance policies would not be in force while this is not correct. Costs are charged and invoices written off that cannot be traced. If questions are asked about this, they will not be answered. When asked to cooperate in a transfer to another intermediary, there is no adequate response. Employees with whom you sometimes have some contact do not make themselves heard anymore and later turn out to be out of service. Other honest employees recognize that it is chaos at Aon but have no concrete solutions. Even an official complaint is not answered and Aon is not affiliated with the Kifid. Unfortunately, we have a very bad experience with Aon. Addition 15 October 2020: the telephone number we received from Aon below is from an employee who does not know what it is about and cannot help further.

Just on the transition from IAK to AON, lead was stolen from our roof. We were quick but there was some water damage. AON said that they would relieve us and that they would arrange everything. If the damage was less than 3000 euros we would be able to repair it ourselves but if we did not know she would gladly send a contractor to help with estimating ... well there it went so wrong ... The AON contractor saw gold everywhere and promised that the asbestos roof also had to be replaced immediately ... After a while the caretaker came into the air ... they needed a second appraisal to take a closer look at the whole story ... now we were already a bit suspicious and we started to worry a bit about the UNCREASION way from AON ... And indeed the brand-new hustler soon told that the costs were huge and that he came to make a deal. After some questions, the hustler suddenly looked very cheerful ... he had found a hole in small print, after another cup of coffee and some ideas about how it could be properly arranged for much less money, he went to the gym. Less than a week later, the monkey came out of the sleeve ... the house had just been empty for 6 months and so all duty of care lapsed ... we had no leg to stand on ... This is how 50 years of IAK premium payments ended and never a claim in a complete deception ... In the meantime, we have simply repaired the damage ourselves and after this review we can also whistle to that 3000 Euro ... After this review, contact was immediately sought for my data, but as could be predicted, it remained silent again ... Really super professional how you deal with people who have paid premiums for 60 years with the Philips insurance IAK and have NEVER claimed a cent ... really very professional that you are even too cowardly to contact!
