Every time a problem, every time we get DEAD sick of this. We waited several times along the road, after all, for 4 hours because there was no payment for roadside assistance while we pay properly every month. When they found out that we did have roadside assistance, we didn't even get a normal sorry. They pay either nothing at all or too little. Send a damage expert from Dekra to you (Mr. Lechner) who literally walks you into your own home and portrays you as a criminal instead of a victim. DISGUSTING

They were terribly difficult when converting to another account number, received an Email from someone else in which they always asked for something different

I am not a customer but have been in contact about mail from a previous resident who has moved for 15 years. After countless reports via the envelopes, I called again. Kindly helped and it has been promised that it has now been resolved. Good impression.
