Baloise Insurance is the worst insurance company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They are arrogant, rude and unresponsive to emails. They will gladly take your money, but in the event of a claim that requires a payout, they will ignore your emails, hang up on the phone, and generally avoid contact with you at all costs. I have been dealing with Eijeriks (manager: Mr Boonzaaijer) today and he doesn't know how to deal with customers at all! Avoid this company. You will do yourself a favour! 🤬

I have many claim-free years. So cheap and good insurance for me.

Today, 3 months after the claim, I was told, as a counterparty, that Baloise is going to pay out the claim. However, not the amount of the quote from my garage. An amount that Baloise's appraiser / damage expert said was correct, given the damage he noted. From behind his desk, however, in a previously mentioned review, practitioner E, decided that things must have changed. That the damage could not have occurred according to the drawing on the form. Then the arrow should have been 1 mm more to the right ... He then adjusted the amount and paid out slightly more than half. With a reference, for me, to legal assistance insurance, with which he does want to start the discussion. Scandalous! A star. Too much actually. Well, I gladly give it to C.H. the extremely friendly lady, whom I had on the phone a few times, but who is not responsible for Baloise's policy.

After driving damage I called my insurance company Baloise, who helped me quickly and kindly. Replacement car was arranged through the damage company and my damage was repaired quickly and well. The payment went directly from Baloise to the insurance company, so there was no hassle with that either. In short, I am very satisfied!

Extremely slow with claims handling. Do not answer any question, promise improvement and timely response, even in writing but do nothing at all and know nothing when you call them. Seems that they don't have enough staff but they do catch your premium ... this is a product that is sold by Volvo. I always thought they still had a reputation to uphold.
