Note: An annual contract cannot be canceled prematurely without, for example, having the scooter suspended. The company does not reimburse the premium if it has been insured for 6 days of the month. You paid premium for the full month: "The insurer charges a service fee of € 2.72 (also for processing a cancellation within the first insurance year). In addition, they apply a threshold amount for reimbursement of € 2.50. In your case, the threshold amount after settlement of € 2.72 service fee is below this € 2.50. That is why you will not be refunded any amount. "

Bad service, no response to mail etc. Do not take out insurance with RISK, I regret it!
