Top service! I am very satisfied with Van Kessel's Slot Specialist. The lock on the front door had broken, so I had to be helped quickly. After a first telephone contact I sent a video to clarify the problem with the lock. A few minutes later I received a quote and within 1 hour I could be helped. They arrived within the agreed time frame. They have replaced the lock and also gave tips on how best to maintain it. Super!

What service! After we lock ourselves in our house, the stress starts to come a bit ... at 11pm, curfew just started ... what to do? Fortunately, Van Kessel is there who thinks along with us and manages to get our lock open again by telephone! No “I have to come” scams, but completely reliable and tailor-made! It should come as no surprise, but definitely recommended !!

Today very happy with the good service from Van Kessel. Stressed out and in a hurry, I accidentally closed my front door this morning with the key in the lock inside. Well, I also have a special secured lock and door, so it's extra miserable. I call and within 25 minutes the mechanic was already there. He also called 10 minutes before he arrived to report this. Then everything was fixed within half an hour. Not helped so perfectly in a long time!
