Bad attention to the public, they sold me a poor quality duplicate that broke in the second use, when I went to make the claim, they did not recognize me.
Had received the address of the ANWB breakdown service that this was the specialist
for car keys.

Costs were not too bad if you compare with what the dealer asks, first

I bought my car second-hand two months ago and recently found out that my emergency key doesn't match my car. Called several locksmiths and asked for a quote. It was recommended to replace the entire locks cylinder. Today called ourlotenspecialist.nl and she said I could drop by so they can check what exactly was going on. TOP service. Problem solved immediately and everything was done within 1 afternoon.
Price is manageable, which normally costs more than 500 euros at the dealer, they do for a reasonable price. Also have a second emergency key made with a discount. Super thanks!
