Very mixed feelings about this locksmith. We locked ourselves out by leaving a key on the inside of the lock. He arrived quickly even on a Sunday evening, but the first red-flag was that he arrived in an unmarked van. Even though I had explained upfront on the phone what the issue was, and that we have a letterbox on the door, he appeared very unprepared. The second red-flag was that instead of having a specialised tool for reaching in through the letterbox, he instead used a thin piece of wire, the same way that I could have used an old coat-hanger. When I asked about why he didn't have any special tool he laughed and said that no such tool existed (even though Google says otherwise), and a later locksmith I needed to use has such a tool. He claimed the only way to enter was by damaging/drilling the lock, so he (thankfully) left without attempting to charge me anything. While he was attempting to open the lock he must have also damaged the cylinder. The cylinder no longer turns freely and now needs to be replaced.
We made an appointment to remove a broken key. He arrived on time made the job fast and clean, also the price was the one on the website. I am happy with his work.
