This pharmacy is giving the hospital a bad name! What a bad service. My husband had been hospitalized with Corona for a week and had been lying on nicotine patches all week. Nursing staff promise to give us all the medication that is needed in the early days. In the afternoon a courier arrived with a bag but no nicotine patches in it. Called, after an hour on hold I was told that these will not be delivered because they have to be paid. Yes ?, well what? Then we pay them right ?. No they did not. I explained that my husband can quickly relapse just a week from smoking and our village pharmacy doesn't have those patches in stock. I just had to go to a Kruidvat! Yes, I explain that I am also in isolation with Corona. Oh yes, it is no different. So then I just have to drive to a Kruidvat with my head sick and contagious? Yes was her answer! The nurse also called the pharmacy, but also received a stiff answer and they did not deviate !. All go to your own pharmacy and ignore it. Have a really bad taste of it, yuck!

May experience the service of this pharmacy last Saturday. Released from hospital this day and then home, the ward had made special arrangements for the medicines to be collected. After half an hour of waiting it was our turn. Friendly help with this, only it was not complete and had to be checked. An older employee was called in, but this did not do justice to customer friendliness. Just wait half an hour. There is nothing wrong with the employees here, the management must ensure staffing. It all looks neat and orderly, but my impression is serious understaffing. This definitely needs attention and does not fit with the rest of the fantastic service I have experienced at the Antonius. Perhaps a tip, create a counter for recently discharged patients
