Terrible Pharmacy! Staff are blunt and not helpful! And is absolutely not open to an opinion of the patient or another option of medicine, provided it is necessary or prescribed by a specialist! As a result, I switched to another pharmacy (Zenderpark). There they have friendly and especially helpful staff who think along with the customer.

This pharmacy is an example of how NOT to do everything. Even if you have a complaint, the pharmacist is not even willing to hear it. Errors with Medication, errors with repeat prescriptions, ignoring digitally sent prescriptions from a hospital, Medicines that have been used for 11 years, but have not been achieved for 1 year and 2 months because attempts are suddenly made to be seen as the first edition without being able to charged. Customer-friendliness cannot be found with some staff. Unfortunately, all pharmacies here in IJsselstein are Benu. But there are online pharmacies that simply work together with the health insurers. Totally unfriendly staff. Very bad experiences. They make many mistakes with getting the medication right in time. They abuse their position and made my sick mother cry. they are always grumpy! Not once seen that one kindly welcomes a customer. I once saw an employee yelling at a very old man because he didn't know he had to take a number ????? Several people in IJsselstein do not have a good experience here. Therefore :)
