After contacting Slotenmaker Hilversum 24/ about the issues on initial services from one of their associates/collaborator, they helped me to correct the issues and installed new cylinders according to what was offered initially. Took some time but at least they provided a positive answer. Hope the same approach was there for the first time and avoid all this situation. Positive review for the comeback.
A very complicated part of the locking system of my sliding door had failed. Other locksmith companies did not know what to do with this. Fortunately, this company had a specialist for sliding doors. This specialist has solved the problem very well. Really recommend!
I wanted to have my doors fitted with a more secure lock, so that's why I contacted this company. Immediately an appointment planned to have a technician come by. (Very flexible with scheduling). After the technician finished everything, it looked great. Definitely recommended!
