The staff is somehow conservative and not willing to provide any advice if you want to know more, for example for alternative medicine. The only info you can get there is a printed copy of the patient leaflet and nothing really practical.

This pharmacy is in an international city where there are several international schools and companies, but then tell their non-Dutch customers that they should learn Dutch, and do not want to help by speaking English. Leave your political opinions at home. Very unprofessional. English: Don't go here if you don't speak Dutch, as they're not willing to help out properly in English and will tell you to learn Dutch. Love the casual racism this place supports.

Get heavy painkillers delivered through the letterbox for a completely different patient at a different address this afternoon, and that's not the pharmacy's first mistake. As for the waiting times, I can only agree that this is indeed terrible
