I always receive friendly and fast service. Beautiful modern pharmacy. Spacious waiting room, which is very nice, especially in this corona time.

My GP prescribed a new medication for me on Monday afternoon and passed a message to the pharmacy that it would be picked up on Tuesday morning. Because I am unable to collect the medicines myself, I asked my partner to collect them on Tuesday afternoon. The medication had not yet been prepared, but the pharmacist's assistant could not see whether the prescription had arrived, but after a long search, the prescription was found. When my partner commented that it was certainly not the first time that a recipe was lost, the assistant became pissed and my partner really felt that it took extra longer before she finally took action, after some and again bickering the pharmacist's assistant wished him a lot of fun with the medication (these are heavy medicines for after a double hernia operation) We have also been treated incorrectly several times by this pharmacy in the past, but because we have everything there under one roof (GP / physiotherapy) / pharmacy) still stayed at this pharmacy but this was really the last time, we are now fed up. to be treated like this 👎🏻‼ ️‼ ️ It is really not even worth that one star, but if you do not have one, you cannot post the message. I regularly come for the birth control pill, but there is always hassle. One time I am told that I should have (had swallowed so had no more) hereby asked where I had left that strip and then I was explaining that I swallowed for a month. They have no right to ask about it and I found this very annoying. Other times they swore that I had been given for half a year, but had got for 3 months. After a discussion she went to have a look and yes there was just a package ready for me. Also the day before yesterday and they didn't even have the birth control pill at home. Had to be ordered and I would get an email if it was in, still haven't heard.

Mail arrives at 17.24 you can pick up your medicine, ??? unfortunately closed at 5.30 pm! According to your website, open on Monday until 6 pm? No, so full of light and employees inside. Maybe it is also useful to stick the opening times, etc., to your front door, or did I miss them?
