I am very satisfied with this pharmacy, they are friendly and customer friendly at all times, solution-oriented at all times!

Very bad (1 star) This pharmacy never has anything in stock and has long waiting times So if you are in pain on Friday or you need a cure right away .... then you can only start it on Monday or Tuesday .... and that means unnecessary additional suffering. They are there with more than four people and you still have to wait almost half an hour for your recipe. My advice: if you regularly need medication or if you have young children, I would look for another pharmacist for 200%. You're in the right place for paracetamol or a cough drink. I think that many people in Hilversum will agree church countries with me.

Not a nice pharmacy. Long waiting times. Medicines are regularly out of stock and the staff is not customer-oriented. Get paid for a new medication counseling interview without giving the counseling interview. Saw this on my last overview of the insurance that I had to pay while I didn't even have a conversation. That is not the way you should deal with customers.

Do you have enough time to waste a minute or 20? Do you like to talk to fellow villagers or enjoy visiting the Pharmacy ambiance? Then this is the pharmacy for you! Never have the feeling that they are waiting for customers. Most people lose their courage when they see the many waiting people sitting at the entrance and they squeal a deep sigh. I always walk back with things that have been done, but the speed ... I miss my pharmacy in Kortenhoef so much at these moments.

If I have to wait for half an hour, I have to make my medicine. Wait another 15 minutes. One after the other runs away frustrated again or turns cursing and sighing when they see the queue. If you want to leave your sunny mood somewhere, this is a designated place.
