Bad experience with this Volkswagen dealer. In short: Bought my new VW here, have been back several times because I had a leak with my panorama roof and other defects. Had 3cm of water in my trunk just before winter sports. This would be resolved after the winter sports holiday. Had asked whether it was safe to drive in this state to Austria with 2 children in the back, or whether replacement transport had to be arranged. This was not necessary according to the Pouw VW Dealer Kampen. Unfortunately it was a very tedious ride for us; Arriving in a damp car with a lot of rain outside 880km, which was no fun. Windows that fog up continuously from the inside, stove full on, continuous blowing resulting in; still poor vision, dry eyes and noise the whole ride. All locks froze there, etc. Not a pleasant experience, and for me still a bad and incomprehensible advice from Pouw VW dealer Kampen. My last breaking point was that I got a bill of 100Euro for a diagnosis of a problem that was not even there afterwards. If I had the so-called problem repaired at 600Euro, the diagnosis costs were canceled. I did not agree with this and found out for myself that the diagnosis was incorrect. Now have no more problems with the car, but had to pay the 100Euro of the diagnosis. You get very sour from Pouw Volkswagen dealer Kampen. So I decided to go to another VW dealer. Pouw VW Dealer Kampen contacted me on the basis of my review to ask if I want to delete the review.
