I called because I was locked out my place, my Dutch is not good and the woman was quite mean on the phone. Totally unhelpful!

I have been bringing my business orders here for over 7 years. There is always positive thinking and in all that time I have not had a single complaint about incorrect scans or lost packages. Great service!

Not really helpful regarding DPD service. If I look at the comments here, it is not the first time. The first time I was fobbed off by a young man, the second time by a lady who was fine .. You see I give everyone a second chance but educate your staff better than this will not get to your ears.
