Camperresort Bodelaeke

Self check in, spacious, super cheap price, very good wi-fi signal. Totally recommend this camper parking site, has toilets and showers, but during corona they are closed. What is nice in this camping is that is just near Giethoorn and also has access to the beautiful lake for swimming, in case you catch some good weather. Also has a small sand beach on the lake. The grass is well kept, the sunsets are so nice at Camper resort Bodelaeke. Recommend it!

Worst experience ever, noone around to talk to if you have issues. Toilets did not work, you can only pay with the card. People don't give a rats a*s about the designated camping areas. Many people here just block two places or stand on someone elses reserved spot. We talked to a few regulars and apparently that's a thing. We really didn't want to just take someone elses place so we just left again after the people on our place weren't willing move. Will add one star if we get our money back.

Expensive but well located for visiting Giethoorn. Watch out though as they don't refund your remaining credit after you've left the site. We stayed there in August and it's now November and they have refunded our credit and don't respond to our emails chasing them. Totally unacceptable.

Lovely location, level pitches, clean showers. But the showers don’t drain, so you have to use the floor mop to persuade the water down the drain after (or before) you shower.
