The nicest area of ​​Zwolle, where you will find many unique entrepreneurs. A nice combination of shops and restaurants, with of course the Museums and the academy house in the Grote Kerk.

The approach route to the center of Zwolle, the Luttekestraat. Nice & cozy shops, catering and atmospheric! The diversity ensures that you come back regularly. From your daily coffee, tea, bread and flowers to your new outfit & snack and drink. With mostly self-employed entrepreneurs who still pamper you & know you by name, great!

Highly recommended. You will find everything here: Art, Culture, attractive shops and good hospitality in beautiful old buildings in the city center of Zwolle.
