After my purchase of a 4k TV from Wehkamp on 11-12-2018, 2 times exactly the same defect occurred, After 2 repairs within the warranty period where the same problem recurred continuously, the 3rd time that the same problem occurred nothing done and is here with a defective TV. Despite I have reported the defect within the warranty period and this has not been resolved. Very bad service from Wehkamp would have expected otherwise after being a customer for years!

Recently I ordered two belts. Both were delivered quickly. Unfortunately one had the wrong size, despite the correct size being stated on the packaging. I then registered this belt for return. During that process I could not mention exactly what was wrong, so I just mentioned it on the facebook page of Wehkamp. I then received a request to send a personal message via messenger and to my surprise but also satisfaction I was able to make an appointment to exchange at my home on a day and time of my choice. Wehkamp handled this very nicely. Kudos, this type of service is rare these days.

Placed an order, received an email that the order can be picked up at the specified pick-up point but then it was emailed that the order will not be shipped at all because I had opted for "post-payment" In my account at Wehkamp is clear all kinds of information about me as a customer, but they still felt that I was probably not to be trusted. "awful experience"

Unreasonable when something is wrong with the product. Smoke detectors I bought from them did not work when they came out of the package, customer service agreed to the defect but asked for a customer number. I do not have a customer number, and never received such a number from them (all emails were still in my gmail inbox). I then forwarded the purchase invoice, which is legally sufficient for warranty. Simply received an answer from them that the invoice is also insufficient, because it does not contain the customer number. After having written a few reviews, I was contacted by Wehkamp myself, sending back was suddenly possible. I had to follow instructions for packaging and put a label printed by Wehkamp on the package. I went to two shipping points indicated by Wehkamp, ​​the parcel is refused in both parcel shops. After contacting Wehkamp again, I went to a third shipping point designated by the customer service, where the package was also refused. I'm done with it now. The fire detectors are going to the container park, and I am contacting some consumer organizations. I have not had my money back for a long time. This is unacceptable.
