The man who tests my eyes is a nasty and impatient man. Not suitable for this course I don't let that man do his job anymore. Treats customers unkindly

Was always very satisfied, good service friendly staff, until this morning. Needed new caps for my hearing aids, normally I pick them up for 5 to 6 months, I suddenly had to pay 10 euros if I wanted 10 (so for 5 months). If only 4 could get that way. I have to drive to hardenberg especially for it, pay parking fees. Worthless service. You won't see me again at the end of this year when I'm ready for new ones. Too bad this

The optician is a jerk they could my wife did not measure well had to contact the doctor for referral to ophthalmologist contact the doctor who told to find a better optician and we did A better optician in Hardenberg has succeeded instead of ophthalmologist No more specsavers for us
