Due to circumstances I could not go to my own GP + pharmacy, with 1 call to both pharmacies I could pick up my medicines at BENU pharmacy Kraaiennest. I was answered very friendly and received a message in the afternoon that my medicines were already ready in the machine. Top service!

It is really going downhill with this pharmacy. Medication after 2 or three days. 1 someone present to help and the rest walks and laughs.

It is a very unprofessional and unreliable pharmacy. I don't recommend anyone to get there. When I first picked up my medication, I only got half of it. I didn't know this (because the prescriptions are being faxed) I only found out when I asked the doctor's assistant for a repeat prescription. He said that I should still have enough stock because an x ​​number was prescribed. When you come to the pharmacy, get a story about how this is possible? They cannot explain. If you do not have enough stock, you should indicate that at least! The pharmacy assistants do not care very much. Then, every time I go there, there are never any medicines in stock and with 2 working days they only have something at home. This is strange, every Benu pharmacy that I have been to before could often deliver the same day or with 1 working day. Like in amstelveen (and they don't have as many inhabitants as here in crow's nest) Last. There are always huge lines there. A young trainee (who still clearly needs guidance). Really tell me that there is no prescription, she looks again and says oh yes I see it, and calls the medication audibly loud. There were 2 medicines I said. NO SEA, Mrs. says again firmly. She looks oohjaa again. No, that medicine is not in stock, oh yes that is ehmmmm and calls to her colleague. Everyone can listen. I left with some of my medication. It is promised that it will all be ready in the machine after the weekend (very happy that it can be done!), I come to collect it, just half of my medication is ready alone. Have to wait in line again, and yes the other half was just in the drawer. If you ask how this is possible, no body cares. After today, it is the last time I will be there, and I recommend that to everyone.
