Pretty large shop, friendly staff, and they let you test drive the bikes on the street (with some collateral, like your driver's license).

Do not recommend. Customer service is terrible. They basically never call you back. You have to chase them over and over again. They only fixed half the things I requested when I brought it in for service. If I could go back in time I would buy my urban arrow elsewhere.

They will not accept repairs of any ebikes not purchased at their store. Terrible service and customer treatment.
