Due to their incompetence in fixing my bike, I had a crash right after I picked it up. The explanation was that an intern worked on the bike and they didn't check if my bike was repaired well. I'm fairness, when I called them they said that they'll help with how they can, so I hope they will take good responsibility Update: They reached me to make up for the damages I incurred. Appreciate taking responsibility.
