Been to many many bikes shops in Amsterdam over the years. At this store I had probably the worst experience. I came in for a flat tire, the guy, quite frankly, was kind of rude and refused to fix it without selling me an outside tire as well because he knew "my tire would be flat within a week" otherwise. My tire was flat within a week anyway... Also charged me well above market price. So: above average prices, below average quality work and bad customer service.

Great experience here. I had a hectic schedule and Parnassus Cycling was very prompt and understanding of my schedule. Miro set me up with a great bike for the city and the pricing was honest and fair. Highly recommend!

Rob and his colleagues have been looking after my bike for 2 years. Always excellent, friendly and patient service at a fair price, often including little extras. Always very clear about options and pricing before the work is done.

I had some trouble with my bike, on and off the pedaling was difficult and there was a strange sound. It took two times to solve the thing, but the reparation the second time was free of charge and now my bike works perfect!
