Bikeshop 66

When my family moved to the Netherlands, we were in the market for good Dutch bikes. Based on reviews, went to Bike Shop 66. Theo really took the time to educate us about the options, and helped us choose great bikes for the whole family. I’d highly recommend this shop! Haven’t needed service yet, but we will definitely use them for that, too, based on the friendly, honest customer experience. Thanks, Theo!

Went to ask if they could repair my bike. The employee would not take 1 minute to speak to me, and kept rushing around the store talking about how busy he was. He also complained that he couldn’t repair bikes all day long because he has to sell new bikes...isnt this what all Bike shops do? Very strange to treat potential customers like that. I was planning to also try some new bikes out, but I wasn’t even given a chance. Definitely taking my business somewhere else.

Took the time to explain to me, an expat, the nuances of Dutch bikes. And didn't pressure me to buy. Would definitely recommend
