Swapfiets Amsterdam Zuid

Dropped my bike in that store today. No matter that I arrive without appointment, they still allowed me to drop off the bike. After using Swapfiets for 8 months I can recommend it to anyone who is looking for temporary or even constant bike. I decided to buy my own now since will have storage to keep it during the night.

First Visit (23/10/2020): Excellent service. Super quick. Amazing friendly staff. Lot of space outside. Must visit for any Swapfiets owner to just tune up and have a quick bike check up. Keep up the fantastic work Updated: Second Visit (23/02/2021) the team is absolutely fantastic. They listened to all the issues, and resolved each one. The solved all 4 issues in less than 10 mins. (Love that you don’t need to wait too long at all) And more importantly right now, they are also very good with the Covid measures, santizers, distance and masks. Great work, keep it up.
