Extremely rude, very unhelpful and would avoid this place at all costs. I never write reviews but feel it’s completely necessary.

Wide opening hours, good service, special thanks to Gerard who fixed my bakfiets in 15 minutes at 19.00 without appointment.

Truly one of the nicest bike shops in Amsterdam! I don't remember his name (unfortunately) and it's been a while but I still think about it sooooo often! I was (purely for fun) in the shop for about an hour while I came for my stem and lock. It had to be ordered, so I got to choose a nice one (of course with good advice) and we had a nice chat: D. Now I have been cycling radiantly for a while with a beautiful stem (as far as they can be beautiful).

Lousy bicycle repairman. I ask for a repair of a chain that has come loose, emphasizing that I want new chain tensioners fitted. Much protest against this, because that would not be necessary (unseen, the bicycle is still outside). I say, I want it, so just do it. I get the promise that new chain tensioners will be set up. After picking up I see the next morning that the old rusted chain tensioners are still on it. So I will never go there again.
