We LOVED biking through Amsterdam!
The Bikes were in great condition. The contract is fair and you can take it with or without insurance. Staff was super friendly and took our bikes back within 1 minute. None of the usual “there is a scratch”.

Had some minor issues with a new bicycle I bought from them, but they immediately fixed everything, free of charge. I'd say they really went above and beyond what I could have reasonably expected. Fantastic shop, I wish all shops were this customer-focused.
Great place for renting a bike in Amsterdam! The staff is very helpful and friendly, prices are very good and the shop is placed in a perfect location for sightseeing! I recommend it to all my friends visiting Amsterdam :)
Had a flat back tire due to glass, the friendly staff managed to fix my bike quickly for a fair price. They're professional and seem honest in wanting to help out. Highly recommend!
