Went to fix my brake cables, the shop around the corner didn't want to help me. This one did. Was done in a day and the people were very friendly. Brakes are working great now. Recommended!

I wanted to pass on my thanks and compliments for the wonderful service that I received at your Old South shop. I believe the lady who fixed my Urban Arrow was named Toa. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and helpful but the bike now feels like it is new again – we could not be more satisfied. Keep up the good work!

Bought a bike there. Big and professional shop. Staff super helpful and knowledgeable. Let us do two test drives. Did not push me to buy expensive stuff. Good advise on insurance, accessories. I was in a rush and they prepped the bike in priority. Also they have good software which notifies you when items are ready, emails you invoice.
