The bike I recently ordered online from another company (big mistake) had issues from the start with its chain, gears and wheel. Went to this shop near my house to get it fixed. Not only did they repair the bike; they did it for free and offered great advice about proper montage and maintenance. Great shop! Will return for sure.

Needs zero stars! They do not care about their customers and the service is absolutely not worth it. There is no decency in how this business operates. Zero customer service, cheap bikes and cheap locks. Be careful, if the lock breaks make sure you call a locksmith yourself. It happened to me and my friend we locked out bike and when unlocking the key broke into the lock! It made the bikes stuck and ruined the rest of our day plans because this shop refused to help! They argue with you instead of helping, very bad and try to keep my deposit. Told us they need the whole deposit $100 euro and they will charge more for lost business to close and help us. We were so close by too and they told us no one will help us so we have to use their help. We called our own locksmith and they charged $30euro and helped in 30mins. Go somewhere else. This place is trash!!!!!

They offer services as a PostNL point. The attention was fast and staff is kind and friendly.

I went there needing an easy fix for my bike. The guy told me it would cost me 55€ and that I had to leave my bike until tomorrow. I went to the bike shop next door and they fixed it in 5 minutes for free...

ONE BIG SCAM! RETURNED MY SECOND HAND BIKE FOR REPARATIONS. AFTER BEING YELLED AT VARIOUS TIMES, THE MECHANIC FINALLY DECIDED TO TAKE A LOOK. HE TOLD ME THE BIKE WOULD BE FIXED BY THE NEXT WEEK. SINCE I DON'T LIVE IN AMSTERDAM I COULDN'T MAKE IT BY THEN. I WENT BACK A FEW WEEKS LATER TO COLLECT MY BIKE AND LEARNED THAT THE BIKE HAD ALREADY BEEN SOLD. AFTER BEING THREATENED REPEATEDLY, THE SALESMAN TOLD ME THAT THERE IS A POLICY THAT STATES THAT FOR EVERY EXTRA DAY YOU LEAVE YOUR BIKE THERE YOU HAVE TO PAY 3 EUROS. THE SALESMAN HAD NEVER TOLD US THAT BEFORE. HE EVEN HAD MY PHONE NUMBER AND NEVER CALLED TO WARN ME. I WILL NOT STEP INTO THAT SHOP EVER AGAIN!!
