I bought a second hand bike here and I am very happy! The guy is super nice and friendly and is always willing to help. I went back two times so far to get some minor things fixed and he was always super helpful and the things were done super fast (within 2 hours). I am only going to this bike shop and highly recommend it!

The mobile bike repair service fixed my flat tire twice. Easy to set up an appointment. The repairman was on time, friendly, and efficient. Great solution when you get a flat far from home. Excellent service, and would recommend!

Worst experience ever! Don't book an appointment for them to come and cut your bike lock. I had an appointment made at 11 in the morning. At 10 the guy calls me to say the appointment is at 10 and he will be there in 15 mins. Then I call him at 10.30: he is still not there, he says he will be there in 5 mins. Eventually an hour later I call him where he is, he just arrived at 11.30. A girl sits next to him in his car doing her nails, he comes out and does the job fast. When I give him the advice to with future clients communicate more clear, since that is more professional, he makes excuses. I tell him that I will write a review, he tells me that he will reply to it AND he will delete the comment anyway. So unfriendly and unprofessional! So, hopefully they cannot erase this comment. Beware, book somewhere else!

The super friendly mechanic arrived on time, was clearly an expert in his field and finally repaired my bike for a very reasonable price within only 20 minutes.
