FVB de Boer has helped me with my mortgage right after I moved to the country (1,5 months before) which seemed very challenging if not impossible. They first provided me with detailed consultations and recommendations (including one about the real estate agency) and then found the perfect mortgage solution for me covering 100% of my needs while the banks offered only 80-90% of the requested sum. Excellent quality service. Kept me informed step by step. The initial appointment was orientation and there was no pressure to work together. Even though it was 2 hours. After a period of time I did chose FVB and was charged for the whole job in its entirety. No hidden fees Jose is a kind and understanding lady who ensured I got the best finances in my situation.

We bought our dream home with the help of Rienk van Oostrum of FVB de Boer. He is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and above all, fast! We couldn't be more satisfied with his service. I first contacted Rienk before we moved to the Netherlands. He was incredibly helpful even back then, scheduling several calls and telling me about the process of buying a home as an expat. Once we arrived in the Netherlands, we ended up bidding on a few houses and on each one, Rienk was extremely fast and helpful and would always be available to answer all of our questions. When we finally found our home, Rienk managed to get the impossible done - we had a very tight deadline and Rienk got us a same-day approval from ABN Amro for a loan that included a bouwdepot. We got Jose recommended by one of my colleagues – a great success in my view. From the start & first meeting it was a real pleasure working with the whole team. Already from the first meeting they made the process and options clear. We bought our house with in 2 days!! Jose was super helpful in getting everything in place - including arranging the valuation of the house/ contacting the makelaar of the seller/ checking the prices of the house etc. I have never worked with anyone like this before. We were so in-synch! Funny part is we have never even met because of the pandemic. Everything was done over the phone and email. I will definitely recommend :-) Thanks a lot for your help!
