I had a terrible experience with this apotheek when I ordered some vaccinations and they handed it to me without telling me they needed to be refrigerated. Apothecaries are supposed to always explain in person how the medicine should be taken, even when it is written on the box or on the instruction sheet. So I had to throw out my vaccinations and when I went back to complain, they wouldn't give me a new one, I had to buy it again. So I've decided never to go back to this place. If you want a service-oriented apotheek, DON'T GO HERE!!!

They tried to sell me something that “might” work. The pharmacist apparently had no knowledge of the product she was trying to sell me. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff

They have friendly and very unfriendly staff and shared my medical details with third parties without my permission, in fact I had asked in advance not to share my details even though they had no right anyway, reassuringly told the lady they never would , a few months later she was handing out my data on Sunday morning at Ruigoord, while I just walked out of the church for the monthly Trance (orient express) party, are they doctors or other medics? As far as I am concerned, these people belong in prison.

Very nice pharmacy. Very helpful and experienced. Highly recommended. This pharmacy is not just around the corner, but I would like to walk a bit.

They always help us quickly and efficiently, we usually only have to wait a short time, and the communication is careful and friendly.
