Completely useless! AVOID ! Rude, ignorant "pharmacists", very unprofessional. This place is a joke!

This is the closest pharmacy to my home. Each time i wonder why they are called pharmacist. If you have a prescription i guess they cannot go wrong but do not ask them for any advise; you will remain wondering if they have a pharmacy diploma. I think they are useless. An automatic prescription dispenser would replace them no issue.

Asked for sports strapping tape and was given a 10 euro cotton bandage. When I returned to exchange the item for strapping tape, they looked puzzled and told me they didn't know what I meant. So I went to Dio on Kinkerstraat and found it within 10 seconds.

Some staff don't bother to observe basic courtesy. “Pick up tomorrow” it sounds. "Can you come and pick it up tomorrow" is so much better.
