If you like river landscapes this is a nice route through the floodplains. Beautiful lakes, picturesque dikes and old brick factories, plus lots of other natural beauty. Habitat of many birds.

So close and for many quite an unknown area. The floodplains near Weurt along the Grindgat have always been an invitation for a nice walk. Many plants and flowers in the ruins, several types of birds on and along the water and of course the small grazing Konik horses. There is plenty to see. But certainly since last year the “Weurtsche Straatje” has been refurbished and has become passable, walking here has become even more attractive.

Very nice walking area with beautiful views! Recommended.
