Too bad I still have to give 1 star .. I always get very bad help here, put on hold, hanged, sent from pillar to post, all I can do is pay for bad service ..

Worthless, we were not helped at all with damage and they do everything they can to avoid having to pay out. In fact, they get downright rude.

What an incredibly worthless company this is! We have 4 cars in the insurance here and have been working for over a year with a minor damage that has not even been caused by us and we have supplied the data in a timely and complete manner to our friends from Benevia. After many promises from Benevia, nothing has been arranged to date. Car has even been at the garage for repair but we had to pick it up again because Benevia had not arranged her affairs properly. Scandalous! Our advice: Definitely not join in!

they almost oblige you to take out legal assistance with your car insurance and afterwards little or no help is given in the event of damage

Sooo rude on the phone! Property insurance with them. I would receive an email .. received NIKS. After this hassle I will really switch. Very bad insurance company!
