Friendly staff and very quick service
Due to the exclusion of my home, I have contacted Den Acker. After explaining the urgency, someone was already on site after about 30 minutes. The man who helped us was very friendly and we looked carefully at what was the cheapest solution. Not very long after that we could go back in and luckily for a relatively soft price instead of the horror stories you sometimes hear about here. A professional and reliable company. Top!
Not willing to sharpen self-bought key bit. (due to special type of folding key car) Came with a comparison that you do not bring your own steak to a restaurant. The only option was to purchase a complete car key through him.
Safe secured in a very amateurish way with only silicone sealant (found because safe had to be removed). Costs for installation, 175 euros. Subsequently sent a neat email with findings and a question for a solution. No response and two reminders sent, still nothing. Kindly called the store myself to ask if the email address was correct and if they would like to email me back (date, time and name passed and they saw the mail). After a few weeks still no one heard. Very Unprofessional Firm!
Been to this case three times and that was the last time. The first time bought 2 simple keys which turned out to be too expensive and one did not fit. So back again to exchange it, no sorry could get rid of it. Also not customer friendly. Anyway, it can happen once.
Try again the third time. Not friendly again. Now first asked for the prices and that is a good thing. I went to seek refuge a few doors down and pay less than half there. This price difference cannot be explained. They don't see me there anymore.
