A course dealing with customers would not be out of place for the still young employee, who helped me around 5:00 pm today! Because saying three times that something absolutely doesn't exist (as if I'm a liar) and then seeing that it does is anything but customer-friendly!

Pharmacy employee assured me that the prescription in question would still be in the dispensing machine that same day. Nevertheless not the case and partly because of this 4 tablets have to pay 40 euros at the doctor's post at the weekend rate since I needed the medication because I would be abroad for a week after the weekend. When reporting this incident, the employee denies in all tonalities and indicates that the medication was issued Feb. 8 while I received the text message from the vending machine only February 11 through my phone. Scandalous state of affairs and people hide behind systems and procedures when it suits them

After the passing of my change of address Benu continues invoices sent to the old address. Instead of working in the administration deployed a debt collection agency or bailiff. Ridiculous business !! To supplement: I would be called back with an appropriate solution. Sad that I hear nothing Benu Benu and it's so smart to respond to negative reviews. Shame on you with that rogue collection agency. Who finally promised something and pay back unlawfully cashed collection costs !!
