leaves much to be desired in recent years, too often that you have to come back because of a repeat prescription that cannot be delivered simultaneously with other medicines, so you can come back to collect all your medicines, for the first time in over 50 years I have my medicines delivered at home, because of Covid-19, unfortunately nothing heard on the day of delivery, did not ring the doorbell, apparently thrown in the letterbox, I am lying with a high fever (39), living 7 high and I have to assume that I just know and check my letterbox? while according to the GGD I have to stay indoors to prevent further infections, because of the travel time I have not (yet) switched, but I am considering it.
Shame really big shame. We all live in this corona time. We take everything into account. But now assistant with your gruff face. Just sending an elderly woman away without medication that she desperately needed. Because you refused to pay cash, it's a shame. This lady is not, like many people among us, in possession of a debit card. And you send her away !!!!!!! That's 1 word outrageous. It is very clear in the rules that you should accept cash if she cannot.
I will certainly not let it down and will certainly send a complaint to the head office
