Back door did not open anymore, probably broken cylinder. After removing the cylinder, the closure was also found to be broken. But since it was a plastic door almost 25 years old, it took a little longer to find the right lock. He immediately took action and informed me of every status of the order. Have another cylinder lock replaced immediately. The prices were communicated to me in advance and therefore there were no surprises. There are plenty of cowboys in the lock world, but DEFINITELY NOT this one.

Our key was broken and called a company via google. This left us outside for 2.5 hours and with every call they were almost there. I came into contact with lock service Roerdalen via via. The locksmith was there within 45 min. Clearly gave a fair price. Finally a locksmith who keeps his word. The other company came by to collect its call-out costs, luckily Slotenservice Roerdalen was still with us and it made it clear to them that what they do is bad tricks. Within minutes we were inside. Thanks for the good service.

Uiterst vriendelijke en goedlachse man die het allerbeste wilt voor zijn klanten. Heeft ons uit de brand geholpen nadat onze deur met 3puntssluiting niet meer openging. Hij is zelfs de volgende dag nog teruggekomen (kosteloos) omdat hij niet alle benodigde spullen bij zich had om het verder af te maken. Top service!

Locked out of our house during New Year's Eve. Called on New Years Day and were helped kindly and professionally. A big advantage is that the prices that are used for the service by Gerard are listed on the site. In the event of additional work, this is discussed and alternatives are specified. Highly recommended at prices known in advance that are in good proportion for the good service.
