You will no longer receive your more expensive medication, despite a prescription with medical necessity issued by the treated doctor, because the pharmacy now determines that. Apparently you no longer have to be a medical specialist, pharmacy is all in 1. There is also no decent explanation, a snot nose will tell you that as a parent you should only give your child cheap medication while the doctor thinks this is medically irresponsible.

no customers present for 12 minutes many pharmacies staff present and pass the counter but no response it is not the first time i go minus 1 time a month after the pharmacy every time the same

Medicines are either incomplete or not delivered at all. Fax machine is also always broken. So sick people only get their medicine if you deal with it yourself and then have to call the hospital and the doctor 3 times.
