I’ve been here a couple times for work on my bikes, the man is very professional and helpful. Work done on my bikes have always been done well and I’ve never had any issues with them since. Would definitely recommend.

I see some weird bad reviews, I have known Jan Horsels for over 45 years. Of the good bicycle dealers, he is the only one left. In those 45 years I have developed a different opinion. Plenty of people who want to be customers with him. Want to increase your price at Horsels? Ridiculous story! Today new rear wheel on my 35 year old bicycle. You don't have to ask other bicycle dealers. Start floundering when replacing a spoke. Today, again, other customers from all ranks sat. In the entire history, Jan has not yet refused a job or delivered it incorrectly.

Much too expensive, I came to just let the tire stick. Went to pick up the bike, tire stuck and a second hand tire 25 €
